Will my photo work for a portrait?

Most likely, yes! Our digital artists can work with almost any clear, well-lit photo. As long as your subject is visible and not overly blurry, we can create a beautiful custom portrait.

Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Each piece we create is given individual care and attention from our digital artists, which begins only after your order is placed. Because every design is made from scratch, we’re unable to provide previews beforehand.

You’ll receive a full preview by email before printing, and you can request as many changes as you’d like until it looks just right. We want you to love your artwork before it ever goes to print.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Absolutely! Every order comes with a digital preview before it’s printed. You’ll be able to request adjustments until you’re completely happy with the result.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final artwork?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with the result, we’ll refine the artwork until it’s perfect — or offer a full refund.

What is your Unlimited Revisions Policy?

Every custom portrait includes unlimited revisions at no extra cost! You'll receive a preview before printing, and we'll make adjustments to colors, backgrounds, positioning, text, and other details until you're completely satisfied. We can't accommodate major design overhauls that change the original concept, but we'll work with you to refine every detail.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a $20 design fee applies if work has started. Once approved and in production, all sales are final as products are custom-made for you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours at support@artistrylanes.com with photos for a free replacement.

Note: We cannot offer refunds for poor artwork quality due to low-resolution photo uploads.

What’s included in the price?

Each order includes your custom portrait, a digital preview with unlimited revisions, and professional printing on premium materials — plus free shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the U.S.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you’ve approved your preview, printing and processing take about 2–5 business days.
After that, your order ships out, and most packages arrive within 3–6 business days within the U.S.

All orders include free standard shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your artwork is on its way.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to factors like weather, carrier delays, or stock availability.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been printed and shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking link so you can easily follow its journey to you

Can I make changes before printing?

Of course! You’ll receive a preview of your artwork before it’s printed, and your digital artist will gladly make any adjustments you’d like.

Every order includes Unlimited Revisions for small adjustments — like color or background tweaks, repositioning, or text edits.

However, we’re unable to accommodate major alterations that change the original design concept or overall Artistry Lanes style and quality.

Can I change my photo after ordering?

You can request one free photo change before any revisions are made.
If edits have already started or you request a second photo change, a $30 redesign fee applies.
Once your preview is approved, photo changes are no longer accepted.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders, no matter where you’re located in the U.S. It’s our way of saying thank you for bringing a little more art into your home.

Can you add a gift message or gift wrap the product?

At this time, we don’t offer gift messages or wrapping options. But your order arrives beautifully packaged and ready to impress right out of the box.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Our team will review it right away and arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Do you just do cats and dogs?

Not at all! We can create a custom portrait for any animal, no matter the species or breed.
Our digital artists have designed artwork for everything from dogs and cats to birds, horses, bunnies, and even hedgehogs — every pet deserves to be celebrated in art.

Can I combine separate pet or people photos into one artwork?

Yes! We can easily combine multiple photos into a single portrait — just upload the images you’d like us to use and leave a short note for your digital artist if you have any special requests.

For the best result, we recommend choosing a larger size and a horizontal layout when including two or more subjects. This gives each one the space and detail they deserve in your final piece.

Where are you located, and where are orders shipped from?

All of our products are printed and shipped within the United States.

I made a mistake with my order information — how can I fix it?

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, or marked as fulfilled yet by our printing partner, we’ll do our best to update the information before it’s finalized.

Once production or shipping begins, changes can’t be guaranteed — but we’ll always try to help however we can.
